Dallas-based firm, Swift Creek Partners, has acquired a significant Cincinnati industrial portfolio for $44.8 million. The purchase includes three properties in West Chester Township and one in Hebron. According to public records, the largest property acquisition was a 218,400-square-foot building at 1901 International Way in SouthPark Industrial Park, valued at $16.4 million. This deal marks a notable investment in Cincinnati's industrial sector by Swift Creek Partners.
