he Metro Council approved a rezoning request on its third and final reading, paving the way for construction of a new building at 2908 12th Ave. S. in the 12South neighborhood. The property is currently home to White's Mercantile, a retail business. The vote was unanimous, with no discussion taking place prior to the decision.
