ivic Entertainment Group, a creative marketing and communications agency, has signed a seven-year lease extension and expansion at 440 Lafayette St. and 740 Broadway in NoHo. The deal totals 27,180 square feet across two interconnected properties, nearly doubling the agency's office footprint from approximately 15,000 to over 27,000 square feet.

    The agreement includes relocating CIVIC's team into one continuous new space on the second floor of both buildings. GFP Real Estate will construct a bridge connecting the two properties through a shared interior courtyard, allowing seamless operation across both floorplates. The agency is expected to move in early 2026 after a complete renovation and modern build-out.

    The second floors boast 14-foot ceilings, creating an open workspace environment. The buildings offer commanding views of Astor Place Square and desirable corner spaces with unobstructed exposures.
