M
auricio Umansky, founder and CEO of The Agency, a billion-dollar brokerage with global reach, was spotted in Cleveland this week. His company recently expanded to Northeast Ohio, where one of its newest branches is located. Real estate agent David Ayers played a key role in opening The Agency Cleveland, citing the brand's innovative marketing approach as a major draw.
Umansky visited Cleveland to celebrate the one-year anniversary of The Agency Cleveland with a grand opening party at the historic Arcade downtown. "I love the Cleveland culture," he said in an Instagram video. "I love the vibes here and so we're really excited (about expanding here)."
The visit comes as Umansky navigates his high-profile separation from estranged wife Kyle Richards, whom he married in 1996 after meeting in 1994. The couple shares three daughters together.
Richards is a reality TV star known for her appearances on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" since its premiere in 2010. She's also an actress who has appeared in notable films like "Little House on the Prairie," "The Watcher in the Woods," and the "Halloween" franchise.
Umansky's family was featured on his Netflix show "Buying Beverly Hills," which followed the agents and clients of his real estate firm, including his daughters. The show ran for two seasons before being canceled. Meanwhile, the latest season of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" is set to premiere on November 19 on Bravo.
