he Builders of Color Coalition and NorthBridge Partners' Coffee Connectors are co-hosting the 2024 Boston Student Summit, a one-day event connecting first-generation and underrepresented college students with opportunities in commercial real estate. The summit offers interactive sessions, networking events, and presentations to help attendees gain insight into diverse career paths within the industry.

    This exclusive event is tailored for students interested in learning about commercial real estate and building a career in this dynamic field. With over 120 accepted students from more than 36 institutions across Boston and New England, the summit provides an invaluable opportunity to explore various career options and expand professional networks.

    The schedule includes keynote speakers, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, including a Power Hour for exclusive connections with industry professionals. To support student participation, each attendee will receive a $250 stipend to cover expenses such as transportation or missing work.

    This year's summit has secured 23 sponsors and will take place on Friday, November 8, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at One Financial Boston.
