ig Beach Brewing Company, a Gulf Shores business, has new owners. Kevin Corcoran and his wife Domini, along with longtime friends Doug and Tammy Warren, have taken over the company. Corcoran is also the owner of Re/Max of Gulf Shores. The brewery, which opened in 2016, was founded by locals Jim and Julie Shamburger. It features a 10-barrel brewing system that produces 12 beers on tap.

    In other coastal Alabama business news: A developer has purchased 7 acres off Baldwin County 64 for $1.2 million. Escapology, an escape room concept with over 60 locations worldwide, has leased space at the Eastern Shore Centre in Spanish Fort. A former grocery store in Satsuma is being converted into a dog grooming business after selling for $90,000.

    A Margaritaville Resort Orange Beach will break ground next month at The Wharf. The resort will feature signature bars and eateries, entertainment, and various accommodations. A new subdivision called Wellsbury is planned near Fairhope and Marlow, with 50 lots in the first phase.
