n a flurry of activity, Olympia Fields in Oconomowoc, WI has secured two high-profile tenants. Chipotle took the plunge, signing on for 2,350 square feet at the NWQ Hwy 67 and Pabst Drive location. Meanwhile, First Watch expanded its presence with a lease covering 3,850 square feet at the same site.

    The deals were brokered by a team of seasoned professionals: Mike Fitzgerald and Andrew Prater represented Corta Oconomowoc, LLC, the property's owner, while Adam Dreier worked on behalf of Chipotle.
