Douglas County hospital sells to private equity firm, Congress Park apartments fetch $9 million.

    Deals of note:

    JAB Real Estate purchased the 46-unit Marco Polo apartment complex at 1373 Fillmore St. in Denver's Congress Park neighborhood for $8.65 million from 375 Fillmore Company LLC. The building was constructed in 1966. Pat Henry and Boston Weir of Henry Group Real Estate represented the seller.

    IRA Capital acquired a fully leased 40-bed, 9,000-square-foot inpatient rehabilitation hospital at 372 Inverness Drive South in unincorporated Douglas County for $36.36 million from a partnership between America Development & Investments, Brandon Holdings and Nobis Hospital Investments LLC. Quiver Investment's John Witt and Ben Swanson represented the seller.

    Dream US Industrial Fund purchased the 157,942-square-foot industrial property at 9420 E. 40th Ave. in Denver for $25.5 million from United Properties. The eight-year-old building is part of the Enterprise Business Center. Mike Wafer and his team represented the seller.

    Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports:

    * Jennifer Lynn Martin Dynasty Trust purchased a 9-unit, 6,789-square-foot apartment building at 801 W. Prentice Ave. in Littleton for $2.05 million from 801 Prentice LLC.

    * Kevin and Shannon Thomas and David Shea purchased a 4-unit apartment building at 1291 W. 3rd Ave. in Broomfield for $763,000 from Patrick McCarthy.

    Tributary Real Estate reports:

    * Taurus Builders acquired a 3,764-square-foot office/warehouse building at 2715 W. 8th Ave. in Denver for $1.1 million from Abarca Investments Trust.

    Unique Properties reports:

    * MJP Investments LLC purchased a 15,000-square-foot warehouse at 5540-5564 Gray St. in Arvada for $2.62 million from HLS Holdings Inc.

    * Golden Plaza LLC acquired 2024 E. Colfax Ave., a 4-tenant retail property in Denver, for $1.6 million from Lampert Schiff Partnership LLP.

    NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports:

    * E&E Lyche Colorado LLC purchased a 4-unit, 3,576-square-foot apartment building at 10491 W. 7th Place in Lakewood for $1.02 million from Aidan McGuire.

    Lincoln Property Co. reports several lease deals, including Halker Consulting leasing 14,326 square feet at 8000 S. Chester St. in Centennial and Beckhoff Automation leasing 6,080 square feet at 11001 W. 120th Ave. in Broomfield.

    Axio Commercial Real Estate reports:

    * Reyes Bar and Venue LLC leased 5,468 square feet at 2900 W. 25th Ave. in Denver.

    * Play Street Museum leased 3,500 square feet at 10398 Reed St. in Westminster.

    Deals from deeds include Amvie Properties LLC purchasing 1230 S. Cherokee St. in Denver for $3 million and Golden Hills LLC acquiring 3418-3422 S. Broadway in Englewood for $1.15 million.
