Deal of Note: The Buell Foundation, a philanthropic organization dedicated to supporting young children, has secured an 8,100-square-foot lease at 950 S. Cherry St. in Denver. Currently based at 1873 S. Bellaire St., the foundation will relocate to its new space this fall. Benchmark Commercial Real Estate's Tanner Mason and Bart Allen represented the foundation.
Recent Transactions:
* The Adams County Fire Protection district has acquired an industrial property at 6400 Franklin St. in unincorporated Adams County for $6.48 million from Donald L. Smith LLP. Digby Commercial Advisors' Tanner Digby facilitated the purchase, while CBRE's Mike Camp represented the seller.
* In Englewood, 1690 Girard LLC has purchased a 16-unit apartment community at 1690 W. Girard Ave. for $2 million from 3200 South Federal LLC. Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate's Andrew Vollert brokered both sides of the deal.

* Hans Investment LLC acquiring the real estate for a Hooters location at 2610 S. Parker Road in Aurora for $2.3 million from Double-O Parker Company LLLP, represented by Blue West Capital.
* Katie and Carl Gillberg purchasing a 1,688-square-foot retail building at 3440 W. 32nd Ave. in Denver for $944,000 from Marshall and Janine Vanderburg, facilitated by Henry Group Commercial Real Estate.

* Denver Investments LLC has purchased 485 Osage St. in Denver for $7.71 million from 485 Osage LLC.
* Sienna South Retail Partners LTD acquired 5607 Tower Road in Denver for $4.95 million from IMKD 8 LLC.
* LFR Holding Company LLC purchased 7104 S. Dillon Court in unincorporated Arapahoe County for $4 million from CLP Denver Real Estate LLC.
