    Deals of note:

    Cemco purchased a 140,630-square-foot industrial property at 9410 Heinz Way in Commerce City for $29.25 million from 9410 Heinz LLC. Mark Dwyer, Scott Caldwell, and Sam Slaton of the Lincoln Property Co. brokered the transaction.

    Rio Capital Investments bought the 7-acre Iliff Commons shopping center in Aurora for $13.85 million from LNR Partners LLC. The property features Panera Bread and various ethnic food spots.

    380 Inverness Owner LLC purchased 374 Inverness Parkway in unincorporated Douglas County for $11 million from 374 Inverness Drive South LLLP.

    Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

    Bear & Stringer LLC bought a 9,068-square-foot industrial property with cold storage at 717 Lipan St. in Denver for $1.86 million from 717 Lipan Street LLC. Brian Baker represented the seller.

    Sean Paul purchased a six-unit apartment building at 6203-6223 S. Prescott St. in Littleton for $1.47 million from Trina Davis. Alex Scott, Travis Wanger, and Hayley Konowalchuk represented the seller, while Larry Barrett of Your Castle Real Estate represented the buyer.

    Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports that The Broomfield Islamic Community Center of Colorado bought a 11,640-square-foot office building at 6855 W. 119th Ave. in Broomfield for $1.85 million from TBNT LLC and the Colorado Consolidated Holdings Group LLC. Mark Alley brokered the transaction.

    Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate reports that Alliance Dental Services LLC purchased 8380 Zuni St., a 15,006-square-foot medical office, and 8371 Wyandot St., a 26,136-square-foot vacant lot – both in Westminster – for $1.7 million from Burgeon Properties Denver LLC.

    Adiona Transportation Solutions Inc leased a 1-acre industrial yard at 5550 Washington St., Unit A in unincorporated Adams County. The space features a concrete pad, perimeter electrical outlets, and electronic gate access.

    Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

    Higgins, Hopkins McLain & Roswell leased 9,268 square feet at 3801 E. Florida Ave. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

    Benchmark Commercial Real Estate reports that V&A Transportation LLC leased 13,100 square feet at 7279 E. 96th Ave., Units D and E in Henderson.

    Deals from deeds:

    NIOSP 6720 Franklin Street Owner LLC purchased 6720 Franklin St. in unincorporated Adams County for $9.2 million from JREB LLC and TMK LLC.

    West Jeffco Funds LLC bought 13801 E. Mississippi Ave. in Aurora for $7.8 million from SHJ12 Spendthrift Trust.

    810 Quail LLC purchased 810 Quail St. in Lakewood for $3.7 million from Evergreen Investment Group LLC.

    The Town of Mountain View purchased 4375 Benton St. in Mountain View for $670,000 from 4375 Benton LLC.
