EQR-Aventine LLC purchasing a 227-unit apartment community along Pisa Lane in Highlands Ranch for $91.25 million from Century Living at Verona LLC.
Frymann Yamaguchi Trust acquiring a 9,113-square-foot, 17-unit apartment building at 1341 N. Cook St. in Denver for $5 million.
Fuller Real Estate reported the following deals:
EF Investments purchasing a 12,160-square-foot industrial building at 7110 Lowell Blvd. in Westminster for $2.1 million.
ABC Bus Inc. leasing 32,730 industrial square feet at 3350 Odessa Way in Aurora.
Malman Commercial Real Estate announced CP Wash Inc's purchase of a 1.09-acre parcel in Commerce City for $795,000.
CBRE reported City Light & Power's lease of the entire eighth floor (21,699 square feet) at 4582 S. Ulster St. in Denver.
Hoff & Leigh represented several tenants in various deals, including Fracos bar leasing retail space in Littleton and Ken Caryl Dental Center PLLC leasing office space in Littleton.
Henry Group Commercial Real Estate reported Magic Artisan Noodle's lease of restaurant space at 1400 E. 17th Ave. in Uptown Denver.
Orchard Town Center in Westminster announced that Cozy Coffee Co., J. Crew Factory, Rally House, Warby Parker and ZAGG have leased space at the site, bringing occupancy to over 90 percent.
