CFO retires, interim CAO steps down; plus moves in real estate, consulting and more (BizSense Pro)

obert Gorman, executive vice president and chief financial officer at Atlantic Union Bankshares, will retire in 2026. Sabrina Joy-Hogg, interim chief administrative officer for Richmond, is departing in June.

    Joseph Smith III and Angela Neiman are now with Reinhardt | Harper | Davis as associates. Clay Black has joined Shaheen Ruth Martin Fonville Real Estate as a Realtor, while Brian Domer takes on operations manager duties at Small & Associates.

    Melkiah Taylor and Leland Morrisey have become Realtors with United Real Estate Richmond, alongside Cindy Morris and Hannah Clarke who are now real estate agents at Liz Moore and Associates. At CoStar Group, Fielding Williams is a senior sales strategy analyst for Homes.com, while Taylor Lilly, Michael Capocelli, and Gianna Rivera join as associate research consultants.

    Taylor Baxter, Jenny Riner, Milena De Barros, and Anthony Beasley are client service specialists, with Ryan Phillips serving as an inside sales associate at Apartments.com. Quillin Musgrave has been appointed senior project manager at Blue Octopus Consulting, while Will Hagy takes on the role of county administrator for Powhatan.

    Mara Rutkai is interning at EDC, and Tom Scott has been promoted to executive vice president with Virginia's Gateway Region. At Virginia Union University, Hollee Freeman is now dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, and Davida Haywood serves as vice president of Student Development and Success.

    Nayeli Lara has joined SIMA Financial Group as chief executive assistant, while Gemma Fearn is a claims counsel at Kinsale Insurance Co. Raja Arumilli is a data analyst – IT, and Isaac Truett is a senior software developer – IT with the company.
