he 17th annual Boulder Valley Real Estate Conference will take place on November 21 at the Embassy Suites in Boulder, offering real estate professionals a chance to earn seven continuing-education credits through BoLo Realtors and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
Keynote speaker Lawrence Yun, chief economist with the National Association of Realtors, will discuss national trends in real estate and mortgage markets. Other sessions include:
* A residential forecast by Todd Gullette, managing broker of Re/Max of Boulder
* Trends in commercial real estate led by Geoffrey Keyes, managing broker of Keys Commercial Real Estate LLC
* Discussions on office market dynamics, housing policy initiatives, and investor analysis
Additionally, the conference will cover topics such as compensation structures for residential brokers and new development projects in seven area cities. Registration is available on the BizWest website, with an early-bird fee of $85 through November 15. CE credits can be purchased separately for $20. Sponsors include Re/Max of Boulder, Elevations Credit Union, Koelbel & Co., and several others.
