OPA Real Estate Investments, LLC has acquired Webster Village, a luxury boutique apartment complex in Hanover, MA's Boston South Shore submarket. The property was completed in 2017 and features 76 one- and two-bedroom units across two elevatored buildings, along with amenities such as a fitness center, resident club rooms, and landscaped grounds.
Following the acquisition, Webster Village will be rebranded as Webster Woods to reflect COPA's boutique investment strategy. The property will be managed by John M. Corcoran & Company. Principals Phillip Bakalchuk and Ed Olchowicz expressed excitement about the acquisition, citing Hanover's desirable schools, demographics, and accessibility to Boston.
COPA plans to enhance common areas and upgrade units with features such as an outdoor kitchen, fire pit amenity, and dog park. The company also aims to reduce the property's carbon footprint by installing rooftop solar panels. Long Wharf Capital will provide expertise and resources for this project, marking a collaborative effort between the two companies.
