he No-Fault Group, an attorney referral service firm, has leased 21,800 square feet at 2990 Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables. The company will relocate from its current office in Doral to the new location in the fourth quarter. Founded by Eduardo Gildenson, No-Fault also operates offices in North Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, and Orlando.
Peruvian restaurant La Mar by Gastón Acurio is moving from the Mandarin Oriental, Miami in Brickell Key to a nearby location at 1451 South Miami Avenue in Brickell. The restaurant will open late this year and is led by chef Gastón Acurio and executive chef Diego Oka.
El Carnival, a Brazilian steakhouse, has opened on Miami Beach's Lincoln Road after signing a 10-year lease for 1,300 square feet at 809 Lincoln Road. The restaurant is owned by Wael Chaal and Manuela Coiana.
Samsung Electronics has renewed its office lease at the Doral Costa Office Park in Doral, keeping its Latin American division in the area. The company leased 14,100 square feet at 9850 Northwest 41st Street.
T.I.T.T. S Chicken, a fast-casual fried chicken restaurant, will open in Brickell on January 31. The restaurant has leased 1,100 square feet at 1250 South Miami Avenue and will be located within the Vue at Brickell condo building.
