aroline Broderick has joined CoStar News to cover Chicago residential real estate. Most recently, she served as editor of Custom Builder Online and Pro Builder since June 2024. Prior to that, she was managing editor of Pro Remodeler and associate editor at Pro Builder. Her experience also includes a stint as an editorial assistant at the Boston Guardian. Broderick holds a degree from Emerson College.
