he Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) has announced its 2025 class of '20 Under 40' professionals, a group of accomplished young leaders in the $6 trillion commercial and multifamily real estate finance industry. This year's recipients are driving innovation and fresh ideas in CRE finance, working with lenders, investors, borrowers, and other key stakeholders.

    The 2025 class focuses on various aspects of commercial properties, including loan origination, CMBS transactions, and loan workouts. They also mentor younger professionals and contribute to community charities. These individuals will be recognized at CREFC's Annual Conference in New York City.

    "We congratulate the 2025 class of '20 Under 40' for their outstanding achievements," said Lisa Pendergast, President and CEO of CREFC. "They have risen to prominence in a market marked by high interest rates and economic uncertainty."

    The annual '20 Under 40' awards are part of CREFC's efforts to identify and support the next generation of leaders in CRE finance. The organization's Young Professionals Network provides career development, networking, and educational opportunities for these emerging professionals.
