Crescent Real Estate Appoints New CFO, Makes Key Leadership Adjustments

Crescent promotes internal talent, positions for growth following Co-CEO Jason Anderson's retirement.

rescent Real Estate, a Fort Worth-based company with over $10 billion in assets under management, has announced the promotion of four leaders. Christopher Goff has been promoted to senior managing director and head of capital formation, Andrew Lombardi to senior managing director and chief financial officer, Noelle Garsek to managing director and general counsel, and Ben Molk to managing director of office.

    The promotions reflect Crescent's commitment to fostering internal talent and positioning the company for continued growth. The moves follow the announcement that Co-CEO Jason Anderson is retiring, leaving Conrad Suszynski as sole CEO.

    Goff will oversee equity formation, investor relationships, and capital strategy, while also joining the Investment Committee and senior management committee. Lombardi will continue to lead corporate operations, provide strategic direction, and oversee accounting, finance, legal, human resources, and information technology teams.

    Garsek's extensive legal expertise has been an asset to Crescent, and she will continue to oversee the company's legal functions while contributing to strategic decision-making and risk assessment. Molk will lead the office team and drive performance of the firm's office assets.

    Joseph Pitchford has also been appointed to the senior management committee, where he will join Goff, Lombardi, and Garsek in shaping Crescent's leadership structure. The company's CEO, Conrad Suszynski, praised the promotions, saying that the leaders have demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership, and will continue to drive Crescent's strategic vision forward.
