ushman & Wakefield has been chosen by Woodside Energy to provide integrated real estate services across its office portfolio in 14 countries. The five-year agreement marks a significant milestone in the companies' expanding relationship and represents Cushman & Wakefield's first Global Occupier Services client headquartered in Perth, Western Australia.
Under the agreement, Cushman & Wakefield will deliver Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM), and Project & Development Services (PDS) across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, Latin America, and North America. This partnership showcases the firm's growing footprint and capabilities in the energy sector.

The partnership began in 2018 with the delivery of IFM services in Perth and expanded in 2022 to include services for Woodside's Houston office. The new global agreement represents a substantial scale-up and endorsement of Cushman & Wakefield's operational model and global service standards.
Cushman & Wakefield will work closely with Woodside Energy to ensure seamless delivery and long-term value creation across diverse markets and property types, enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and portfolio performance.
