This evolution consolidates pre-existing platforms that have stewarded landmark destinations such as Highland Park Village in Dallas, Texas, and other premier assets across the country.

    The Washburne family's private real estate company is dedicated to elevating the standard of stewardship through thoughtful development, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to place-making.     GPG will manage both legacy and future family investments across all aspects of the real estate lifecycle, including strategic investing, creative development, and high-touch operations, focused on delivering long-term value and exceptional place-making. The company unifies the oversight of various existing operations and holdings, replacing the real estate management functions formerly managed by the A.G. Hill family office.

    GPG's portfolio includes notable properties such as The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth, Texas, The McKenzie and The Galatyn in Dallas, Texas, and Phillips Place in Charlotte, North Carolina. These holdings reflect the Washburne family's generational approach to real estate investment and curation.

    Drew Steffen has transitioned from leading Highland Park Village Management Company into the consolidated role of President and CEO of Gillon Property Group. This move formalizes his ongoing leadership of GPG's seasoned teams across investment, development, and operations. Through GPG, Mr. Steffen will continue to focus on core properties and partnerships, including Highland Park Village, Phillips Place, Knox Street, and Country Club Plaza.
