ivaris Real Estate has secured a 1,595-square-foot retail space for Dulce Crepes, a popular Northern Virginia-based creperie, at Park Potomac Avenue in Potomac, Md. This marks the brand's expansion into Maryland with its second location, set to open in spring 2025.

    Dulce Crepes is known for its creative and gourmet crepes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, offering both sweet and savory options. The new location will join a carefully curated retail lineup at Park Potomac, which includes Founding Farmers, Gringos & Mariachis, and Harris Teeter, among others.
