fter one year of being under contract to purchase a prestigious estate in Indian Creek Village, renowned French DJ and music producer David Guetta has successfully sold his Setai Miami Beach condo for $16 million. The buyer remains anonymous. The transaction was finalized last week, but the deed has yet to be recorded. The sale of unit 3709 in the tower at 101 20th Street was facilitated by Michael Wiesenfeld of the Corcoran Group on behalf of the seller, while Eloy Carmenate, Mick Duchon, and Joshua Winarick of Corcoran represented the buyer. This deal sets a new price per square foot record for Miami Beach at $6,337 per square foot, according to a Corcoran spokesperson.

The 16,000-square-foot mansion, listed by spec developer Todd Glaser and his partners for $69 million, is still pending.

In May, Dutch magnetics heir Geert-Jan Bakker sold his waterfront estate to an undisclosed buyer for $64.5 million. In July, Tom Brady secured a $35 million construction loan for the mansion he's building on the island. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner joined the ranks of celebrity neighbors on the private island when they purchased a home there for $24 million in 2021.
