ouglas Elliman is expanding its reach with the launch of Elliman International, a move aimed at tapping into global real estate markets. This new initiative will enable the company to directly serve clients and developers worldwide, bypassing third-party intermediaries.
The initial focus will be on high-demand luxury destinations in Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific, and other emerging wealth centers. According to Douglas Elliman's president and CEO Michael Liebowitz, this expansion represents a natural progression of the company's legacy as a premier luxury real estate brokerage.
Elliman International will start by offering core services to existing clients before recruiting brokerage teams and individual agents who will operate under the Elliman banner. The company also plans to establish physical office locations in key markets.
As Susan de França, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, notes, "Our clients and developers increasingly view real estate as a global portfolio, not confined by borders." By forging its own global identity, Douglas Elliman aims to reflect its commitment to excellence at every touchpoint.
