ary Jo and Mike Santistevan, a power couple in Arizona's real estate scene, have joined forces with Ryan Serhant, a national real estate investor, author, and TV celebrity. The Ahwatukee residents, who have been in the business for 17 years, will be founding members of Serhant's company's Arizona division. This partnership comes as no surprise, given that all three entered the industry around the same time, during the Great Recession.
The Santistevans met while working at Southwest Airlines and earned their real estate licenses in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Meanwhile, Serhant started his journey as a hand model before becoming one of the nation's top Realtors, hosting Bravo TV's "Million Dollar Listing New York" and writing the best-selling book "Sell It Like Serhant." The couple was among seven Arizona Realtors invited to join SERHANT, a fast-growing real estate brand with a media-driven approach.
The Santistevans will continue to focus on Ahwatukee and the Valley, combining their neighborhood roots with Serhant's national reach. "This next chapter allows us to elevate our marketing, technology, and service to a level that matches the excellence of the community we represent," said Mary Jo. Their son, Jakob Santistevan, has also joined the team after earning a business management degree from Grand Canyon University.
