Douglas Elliman's Exclusive Group has added Michael Merrill to its team, bringing his expertise from the Vero Beach office where he was based since 2022. The group, led by Gary Pohrer, Nick Malinosky, and Devin Kay, has been successful in closing over $100 million in deals together.

    Compass has hired Jean McCoy Phillips as a commercial agent for its Palm Beach office, while Russell Galbut's GFO Investments has appointed Rick Berendsen as general manager of the Gale Miami Hotel & Residences.
