This brings their total investment to over €40 million since 2022. Returning investors include Coatue, Target Global, and Partech, with new investor SE Ventures joining the list.

    Enter has helped over 25,000 clients annually, with a growth rate of over 100%. In Germany alone, more than 15 million buildings need energy optimisation, while across Europe, over 180 million properties require similar improvements. Enter's innovative technological solutions simplify the process through its 'Address Intelligence Tool' and nationwide data collection team.

    The platform enables automated property assessments in minutes, generating AI-powered renovation plans tailored to climate goals, subsidies, and energy costs. Enter matches projects with vetted contractors instantly, reducing manual effort by 70% and staff needs by 60%. In Q2 2025, over 30,000 buildings were analysed and made subsidy-compliant.

    Enter reaches over 6 million households annually through partnerships with players like Dr. Klein, Allianz, and Engel & Völkers. Its AI-driven system maximises efficiency for customers and installation partners. The platform features a fully integrated marketplace and offers the Enter Pro platform for financial brokers and agents to expand their consulting services.
