ERA American Real Estate wins top honors at national industry conference

t ERA National's FUEL conference, a celebration of innovation and excellence in real estate, ERA American Real Estate shone bright. The local brokerage's VIBE Team and individual agents took center stage, showcasing their mastery of marketing strategies that drive results.

    The VIBE Team, comprising Catherine Gauthier, Rachelle Wyatt, Jonelle Lewis, and Deborah Holbrook, secured top honors for the second consecutive year with the National Company Marketing Excellence Award. Their winning formula? A potent blend of Visibility, Engagement, Identity, and Branding, expertly leveraged through ERA's brand tools.

    "We strive to be the best in our community every day," said Rachelle Wyatt, VIBE Specialist. "Receiving national recognition for our marketing efforts is a testament to our team's dedication and commitment to service excellence."

    The team's multi-channel approach has yielded impressive results, including direct mail campaigns with trackable QR codes, digital advertising, and email marketing initiatives. Their focus on recruiting experienced agents has also paid off.

    "We've built on last year's success by turning our attention to attracting top talent from other brokerages," said Catherine Gauthier. "Our marketing processes, designed to support our current agents, have become a platform for attracting like-minded professionals who value the opportunities and resources ERA American Real Estate offers."

    ERA American agents Marsha Babe and Mack Bowman also made waves at the conference. Babe, a 24-year veteran of the brokerage, was nominated for the ERA Marketing Excellence Award for her innovative community-based marketing approach.

    Babe's focus extends beyond transactions to building lasting relationships with clients. Her creative strategies include using ERA tools like Moxie Works for presentations and Boost for enhancing open house attendance.

    Beyond the local brokerage's accolades, ERA Sarver Real Estate owner Ranelle Birmingham was inducted into the ERA Hall of Fame – Class of 2024. With 45 years of service to ERA, Birmingham has mentored countless agents, including ERA American's Linde Bowman.

    Birmingham's influence extends far beyond her local office, with a legacy that spans community service and real estate excellence. Her induction joins ERA American Real Estate Founder Gloria Frazier and fellow agents Pat Williams and Kathy Wilhelm in the Hall of Fame.
