The company serves a core market of nearly 2,500 square miles, where the average sales price is $1.3 million, and has over 90 agents.

    Founder Brett Jennings has assembled a leadership team with diverse expertise in real estate and other industries. Elizabeth Lazar, CEO of Real Estate Experts ERA Powered, brings experience in real estate, brand marketing, and strategic management to the company's direction.

    Through ERA's flexible branding model, Real Estate Experts will maintain its local identity while gaining access to ERA's comprehensive resources for learning, marketing, and servicing. As part of the ERA network, Jennings' agents will have tools and strategies to connect buyers and sellers effectively in a competitive market.
