rland Construction has been selected by Hobbs Brook Real Estate to renovate the cafe at 601 Edgewater Drive in Wakefield, MA. This busy property will undergo a transformation with Erland and Margulies Perruzzi Architects reimagining the space to create a more modern and welcoming environment.

    The renovation will feature new finishes, lighting, and mechanical systems, as well as the addition of a patio outside the cafe. To minimize disruption, Erland will work closely with HBRE to ensure building operations continue uninterrupted during peak hours. The updated space will meet FM standards, reflecting Erland's commitment to quality and precision.
