TL GLOBAL, a German-based firm, has launched its international Real Estate Group, a team of experts providing guidance to property investors, developers, and businesses across Europe. Led by Katarzyna Kozakowska from MDDP Poland and Alexander Krämer from Pelka und Sozien Germany, the group will support clients through various stages of real estate investment.

    Their services include tax due diligence, VAT advice, and corporate structuring for real estate businesses. The team aims to deliver solutions that optimize tax efficiency, minimize risks, and meet both national and cross-border legal requirements. This expertise is built on the experience of Kozakowska and Krämer in real estate tax advisory, supporting clients with acquisitions, investment structuring, estates, and other legal aspects across multiple jurisdictions.

    ETL GLOBAL's expansion into Italy was marked by its joint venture ETL Italia acquiring a majority stake in Studio Adriano & Partners in January 2025. The Italian firm specializes in accounting, tax, and business consultancy, with founding partners Luciana and Enza Adriano continuing to lead the company's operations in Alba.

    In July 2024, ETL GLOBAL reorganized its Slovakian division, appointing Martin Roško as master partner to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer service. This move is part of the firm's efforts to strengthen its presence across Europe.
