ealty builds, owns, runs charging centers along freight corridors industrial hubs. Outpost, a GreenPoint portfolio company, manages a network of 25 truck terminals drop yards. By contributing assets for a minority stake in Realty, Outpost helps the company expand its Properties lineup, accelerating electrification of trucking fleets across corridors. Recently, Realty acquired an industrial parcel in Stockton, California, a region. The new site, a four‑acre truck‑parking trailer‑storage yard north of Stockton Airport, sits within two miles of I‑5 SR‑99 five miles from the Port of Stockton the San Joaquin Valley intermodal facilities. Plans are underway to develop a large charging hub heavy trucks. “Our acquisition strategy focuses pairing land power constrained markets,” said Jenna Halperin, Realty.
