he brokerage industry is constantly evolving, with frequent mergers, acquisitions, and milestones. Here are some of the latest developments across the US:

    Chris Heller, former CEO of Keller Williams Realty, has joined eXp Realty along with his team, Heller the Home Seller. With over 30 years of experience, Heller's team has consistently sold more than 100 homes per year. eXp Realty's CEO Leo Pareja sees this move as a signal to the industry that top producers are choosing agent ownership and collaboration.

    Rich Johnson and Shirin Alipanah, a $10 billion duo from Southern California, have launched Premier Property Partners under LPT Realty. They bring decades of real estate leadership and aim to support agents like family, giving them freedom and resources to grow. LPT Realty has seen significant growth in the past year, increasing its agent count from 10,000 to 15,000.

    Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gaetano Marra Homes and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bannon & Hebert have merged in Connecticut, forming a new business with four offices and 150 agents. The merger aims to solidify the company's future and create more opportunities for growth.

    RE/MAX has acquired Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty, one of Hawaii's largest brokerages, led by industry veteran Myron Kiriu. This move adds significant market presence in Hawaii and marks a notable step in RE/MAX's expansion strategy.
