Xp Realty has launched a new initiative, The Co-Sponsor Program, aimed at fostering collaboration and supporting newer agents in the industry. This program allows agents to choose two real estate professionals who can help accelerate their success, said CEO Leo Pareja. Co-sponsors will receive Level 1 revenue share plus a 50% Fast Start Bonus for playing a meaningful role in supporting new agent success.
The program is designed to honor how real influence and support work in the industry, according to Pareja. "Perhaps one sponsor excels at marketing while the other is skilled at operations or team development," he said. "This kind of collaboration inspires, compresses time, multiplies results, and elevates our community."
eXp has also announced a promotion and two new faces within the company. Felix Bravo has been promoted to managing director, international, focusing on global expansion and building an agent-first infrastructure for every nation in which eXp operates.
Feisal Ramjee has joined eXp as an agent with expertise in new construction, already spearheading 30 new home sales this year and planning another 30 for 2026. He aims to expand beyond Washington and retain more of his earnings by joining eXp.
Mindy Grubb has been named the new executive director of eXtend a Hand, the charity that supports eXp agents and staff in times of need. Grubb previously worked at Keller Williams' KW Cares and will lead operational and outreach efforts for eXtend a Hand.
