Xp Realty, a leading real estate brokerage, is expanding its presence in Jacksonville, North Carolina with the addition of Kelli Salter and her team from Anchor Real Estate. Salter's business has grown significantly since its inception, with $88 million in sales on 300 units in 2024, making it a dominant force in the local market.

    Salter's expertise lies in military relocation, first-time homebuyers, and VA loans, which she gained through her deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by military personnel and their families near Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River. Her entrepreneurial mindset has also led to the expansion of her business beyond traditional real estate, with ventures in mortgage, property management, and contracting services.

    Salter's team of 11 agents and two staff members will join eXp Realty, bringing their expertise and client base to the company.
