A
former TV advertising executive has sold a $16.3 million waterfront mansion in an off-market deal ahead of South Florida's busy real estate season. The property, located on Loxahatchee River Road in Jupiter, was purchased by Timothy Connors Jr.'s entity, Lox River Road LLC, for $3.1 million in 2021 and underwent significant renovations before being listed for $19.5 million in 2022.
Connors, the former CEO of ITN Networks, demolished the existing home on the property and began construction on a new single-family house in 2022. The completed mansion features 9,300 square feet, five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, and 80 feet of waterfront with a pool.
The sale was handled by attorney Mac Ross, who also represented the buyer in an $11 million deal for a Jupiter Inlet Colony property earlier this week. Records show that both transactions were conducted through LLCs to shield the identities of buyers and sellers.
Jupiter's luxury real estate market has seen significant growth due to pandemic-fueled migration, with high-profile buyers including billionaires and professional golfers frequenting the area. The sale comes on the heels of a record-breaking $27.5 million deal for a Loxahatchee River Road mansion last year and Michael Jordan's recent purchase of a second mansion in the Bear's Club for $16.5 million.
