he Fallon Company has expanded its executive team with the appointment of Shawn Seaman as Chief Development Officer. With over two decades of experience in mixed-use real estate development, urban planning, and architecture, Seaman will oversee large-scale projects across The Fallon Company's national footprint.
Seaman brings extensive expertise from his 20+-year tenure at Hoffman & Associates, where he led the $2.5 billion Wharf project in Washington, D.C., earning a ULI Global Award of Excellence for its design and execution. As President of Hoffman & Associates, Seaman oversaw acquisitions, development initiatives, and market expansion.

Seaman will leverage his experience at The Wharf to oversee the execution of The Fallon Company's portfolio of large-scale, mixed-use projects, including Nashville's East Bank development. He will be based in Nashville and contribute to key markets such as Boston, Charlotte, and Raleigh.

Seaman holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Miami and a master's degree in architecture and urban design from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also earned a certificate in real estate design and development.
