uckingham Properties has sold a portfolio of 17 properties near its Alexander Street headquarters to Team K II, LLC for $3.6 million. The package includes several Victorian-style homes converted into multifamily units, with retail space on the lower floors and apartments above.

    The sale encompasses a large section of properties along Alexander Street, including numbers 215-275, as well as four buildings on Averill Avenue and three on Gardiner Park. This is the second multifamily acquisition in Rochester by Team K LLC's owner, Mario Kasandrinos, who paid $1.85 million for Thistle Apartments at 1224 Lake Ave. in September.

    The sale was filed with the Monroe County Clerk's Office on Wednesday.
