orager Real Estate Partners Inc. and Mississauga-based Sherway Group are making significant progress on their state-of-the-art industrial logistics facility in Guelph, Ontario. The project is now expected to be substantially complete by Q1 2025, ahead of schedule.
The facility will span approximately 170,000 square feet and feature a 40-foot clear-height design tailored for modern warehousing and distribution needs. Sherway has committed to leasing the entire space under a long-term fully net lease upon completion.
