outh Florida real estate firms are expanding their teams, with several notable hires and promotions. In Palm Beach, Forman Capital has promoted Evan Blair to associate vice president. Blair joined the firm last year after working at Trez Capital, where he was an associate. In his new role, he will oversee loans and cash flow projections.
Forman Capital recently provided a $70 million construction loan for the Domus Brickell Park project in Miami. The law firm RumbergerKirk has also added Nicole Kwapisz as a partner in its Miami office. Kwapisz focuses on commercial litigation and previously worked at Bilzin Sumberg.
In other moves, Alfredo Pujol has joined Compass as a sales manager after leaving Keller Williams Realty. He is also the 2026 chairman-elect for the Miami Association of Realtors. These hires reflect the growing demand for real estate services in South Florida.
