Former Atlantic City Penthouse Once Host to A-List Parties Lists for $2.19M

The 7,500-square-foot Ocean Club duplex offers ample space for entertaining guests.

A
tlantic City is heating up this summer, and not just because of the beach weather. A former penthouse owned by casino mogul Steve Wynn has listed for $2.19 million, offering a luxurious retreat with stunning ocean views.

Located on the iconic boardwalk, the 7,500-square-foot duplex was once a hotspot for glamorous parties hosted by Wynn in the city's heyday. Guests like Frank Sinatra would often perform at Wynn's neighboring Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino during the 1980s.

The current owner purchased the penthouse and an adjacent unit in 2015 for $850,000, combining them to create a spacious retreat with five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The interior features a large chef's kitchen, roomy dining area, and plenty of gray and white marble accents.

A smashing terrace overlooking the ocean is the perfect spot to take in the views, while building amenities include a gym, indoor pool, and a dynamic lifestyle committee that curates social events. With its rich history and luxurious finishes, this penthouse is ready for its next chapter.

Meanwhile, Wynn's Manhattan duplex at the Ritz-Carlton Residences on Central Park South has been off the market since March 31st after being listed for $70 million. The 10,875-square-foot penthouse was purchased by Wynn in 2012 for $70 million and had a price tag of $90 million in 2022 before being reduced to $65 million and then bumped back up to $70 million last August.
