BA star Kevin Durant's former luxury townhouse in Oklahoma City is generating a lot of buzz, with 22 offers already received despite its shockingly low price tag of just $35. The 3,904-square-foot property boasts four bedrooms, two kitchens, and high-end finishes throughout its three stories.

    The current owner, who purchased the home for $1.15 million in 2017, is expecting a return on their investment, with offers around $1 million anticipated. Local agent Ieasha Larkpor of Thunder Team Realty notes that the owner wanted to attract a buyer who would appreciate the property's history and connection to Durant.
