reedom Real Estate & Capital marked its 10th anniversary with a celebration that brought together local officials, business leaders, and community members. The event featured two significant announcements: the introduction of tenants at The Offices at Hays Farm and a $10,000 donation to 10 local charities.
According to CEO Bill Roark, Freedom has come a long way since its origins as a property manager for Torch Technologies. Today, it offers a diverse range of commercial real estate services in North Alabama, including brokerage, construction, development, consulting, and property management.
The Offices at Hays Farm, a 54,000-square-foot Class-A office building, is one of Freedom's recent developments. The complex features stunning views of south Huntsville and is adjacent to the scenic Hays Farm Central Park. Roark announced that Thompson Gray and Gray Analytics will be the first tenants, occupying the third floor and much of the second floor.
"We're excited to welcome them to this space," Roark said. "They're an ideal fit for this location." Ron Gray, CEO of Thompson Gray and founder of Gray Analytics, also expressed his enthusiasm for the new office space, citing its perfect location with easy access to Redstone Arsenal and Hays Farm amenities.
Freedom Real Estate & Capital will relocate its offices to the second floor of The Offices at Hays Farm, leaving approximately 18,000 square feet available for lease on the first floor. In addition to the tenant announcement, Freedom donated $10,000 each to 10 local charities, including Alabama A&M University and the Food Bank of North Alabama.
