eth Freemal has joined Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati office as a partner in the Real‑Estate practice.

    Freemal comes from a national real‑estate investment firm where she served as general counsel, managing legal affairs for more than 100 downtown parking lots, 16 off‑airport sites, and over two million square feet of warehouse space. Her background spans the entire real‑estate and finance spectrum—from structuring multimillion‑dollar acquisitions and sales to advising on commercial lending, securitization, and structured‑finance transactions.
