easing momentum at Global Holdings’ 25 Kent in Williamsburg is accelerating. After a Glowbar lease, the building secured a larger tenant: Five Iron Golf, taking almost 16,000 sq ft mainly on the lower level beneath a 746‑sq‑ft ground floor. Co‑founder Jared Solomon said, “We’ve had our sights set on Brooklyn for a long time.” The new venue will be Brooklyn’s biggest indoor golf facility, with 13 Trackman simulators, a 7,000‑sq‑ft gym, and upscale locker rooms. Craig Panzirer of Global Holdings noted the property “embodies Williamsburg’s energy and creativity.” CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma represented Five Iron, while a Newmark team handled Global Holdings. The space is similar to the Five Iron lease at 1290 Sixth Ave. The eight‑story, 500,000‑sq‑ft building between Kent and Wythe is Brooklyn’s first ground‑up office project in four decades, now 65 % leased to tenants like Queen One and Autonomous Technologies Group.
