As CEO of Peerage Realty Partners, one of the largest residential brokerage firms in North America, Swartzman has built a reputation for driving growth and success. He has also partnered with prestigious brands like Sotheby's International Realty.
Swartzman will oversee global expansion and strategy for Christie's International Real Estate, which boasts over 100 member-firms across 50 countries. The network has experienced steady growth since its acquisition by Compass in early 2025, adding nearly four dozen new affiliates worldwide.
As a respected industry leader, Swartzman was recognized as one of the top 50 most influential figures in real estate by the Swanepoel Power 200 report. He expressed his enthusiasm for joining Christie's International Real Estate, citing its potential to become the preeminent luxury real estate brand globally.
