n 2024, Seattle’s income gap hit $77,700, The Seattle Times reported, using census data. Asian households earned the highest median income of about $141,300, while Black households earned the lowest median of roughly $63,600. KIRO’s Gee Scott said Amazon and the housing market widened the disparity. “Who are the tech money makers?
