odera Higley Commons, a new garden-style apartment complex in Gilbert, is now leasing ahead of its expected May opening. Developed by Mill Creek Residential, the complex features 276 homes with one-to-three bedroom apartments near Ray and Higley roads.

Vice President of Development Mark Sanford expressed excitement about welcoming residents to this "unique and top-of-market living option" that combines farm-inspired design with modern elements for a tranquil atmosphere.
