record-breaking sale was made in Gurugram's real estate market, with an ultra-luxury 16,290 sq ft apartment in DLF’s Camellias being sold for ₹190 crore to Info-x Software Technology Pvt Ltd through its director Rishi Parti. This is not the first time a property at The Camellias has broken records; earlier this year, a Singapore-based NRI sold a 10,000 sq ft apartment to Smiti Agarwal for ₹95 crore.
DLF's project, The Camellias in Gurugram, spans across 17.5 acres of land and offers an exclusive living experience akin to a 7-star hotel. This is where the country’s most successful people reside - from industrialists, CXOs, start-up founders and Delhi’s elite club members.

The developer has got it right by providing large-sized apartments and selling bare-shell units, allowing the rich to customise their homes according to their tastes.
Another unique selling proposition is the like-minded community of the super-rich, making it an address where one can easily socialise with friends without having to travel far. The project also offers a billion-dollar golf view, recreating the same experience as Golf Links in Delhi.
