effrey Horowitz, founder of the Vitamin Shoppe, is listing his stunning Sagaponack, NY, oceanfront estate for a cool $89 million. The property boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and features an approximately 9,000-square-foot modern residence with eight bedrooms, an outdoor pool, and a pavilion with private beach access.
The estate's pièce de résistance is its regulation-length, nine-hole golf course, designed by Horowitz himself, offering stunning views of nearby Fairfield Pond.
