elge Capital, a vertically integrated real estate operator in Greater Boston, has welcomed Glen Seidlitz as its new Managing Director of Capital Markets. With over 25 years of experience in commercial and multifamily real estate, Mr. Seidlitz brings extensive knowledge of capital markets, financing, partnership structuring, and investment management to the firm.
As a seasoned real estate investment professional, Mr. Seidlitz will oversee raising and structuring institutional capital for Helge assets among other responsibilities. He expressed admiration for Helge's founder Oleg Uritsky and his leadership team, praising their vision and performance in the targeted market.

Prior to joining Helge Capital, Glen founded Six23 LLC, providing strategic advice in capital markets and operational structures to third-party clients. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Bozzuto, where he led the structured finance team and raised over $850 million in equity from institutional investors.
Mr. Seidlitz holds a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Development from Virginia Tech and completed his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2002.
